3. No Guarantee of Candidate Availability

For employers: We provide screening and referral services to match candidate profiles to your job parameters. Core Quest Staffing does not guarantee candidate availability, fit, on-site performance, or immediate staffing ratios. Formal staffing relationships are established only under signed client service agreement contracts.

4. User Responsibilities

• Employer Responsibilities: Employers are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, hourly rate ranges, work conditions, and safety disclosures. Employers must comply with all local, state, and federal labor regulations.
• Job Seeker Responsibilities: Job seekers certify that all profile representations, qualifications, and credentials submitted are truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for profile removal from our databases.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we make reasonable efforts to verify information on the Site, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, job post details, or client representations. Site content is provided for general informational purposes only.
